XTX began as a personal pursuit.
What started as an effort to align my own values, character, and discipline evolved into something much larger—a collective of products, services, and ideas built around the belief that meaningful work should leave people, organizations, and communities better than they were found.
Today, XTX serves as a unified platform where each avenue of business shares a common purpose: to develop people, create lasting value, and pursue excellence with character.
