Completion of an intake form, consultation request, or discovery meeting does not establish a consulting relationship nor guarantee future engagement.
XTX reserves the right to decline engagements that fall outside our expertise, values, or availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Respect scheduled meetings and deadlines.
Understand that implementation ultimately remains the responsibility of the client.
Consulting provides guidance—not guarantees.
6. Payment
Payment terms are established within individual service agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payments are due according to the agreed invoice schedule.
Late payments may delay work.
Certain Services may require deposits before work begins.
Outstanding balances may suspend ongoing Services.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of consulting, coaching, strategic planning, and creative services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Digital products, downloadable resources, and educational materials are also generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If circumstances arise that warrant review, XTX may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly transferred through written agreement, all materials created by XTX remain the intellectual property of XTX.

Clients receive usage rights only as outlined within their engagement agreement.

As necessary to perform contracted Services.
Likewise, clients agree not to distribute proprietary materials provided by XTX without written permission.
